This house —what will you do with it?

Houses in Hokuriku are big, and winters are cold. But traditional timber frames stay sound for well over a century. The people letting go and the people looking for such a house live in the same region. Whether you are letting go, putting it to use, or taking it on, we handle it. A house that must come down gives its timber to the next one. We work in Toyama, Ishikawa and the Hida region of northern Gifu.

Already turned the house into a guesthouse and only want the management taken off your hands? See minpaku operation and management in Toyama.

Looking for housing for your staff or technical intern trainees? See Company housing and staff dormitories in Toyama.

Why one company handles the purchase, the work, and what comes after

We don't demolish and discard
the houses we buy.

A demolition-minded buyer deducts the cost of demolition from the price. We pass the house on to someone who will restore and live in it, or a company that will use it, or we pass its beams and posts on as reclaimed timber, so for a house with a sound frame there is nothing to deduct. Purchase, design, construction and the upkeep after handover all go through one window.
