Hokuriku Homes (Nakamura Komuten Co., Ltd., "we") handles personal information received through this site as follows.
1. What we collect
On the appraisal and enquiry forms on this site (purchase appraisal, renovation, renting out and general enquiry) we ask for your name, phone number and the location of the property (municipality), and depending on the form an e-mail address (optional), the condition of the building, your preferred contact method and hours, a rough budget and what you want to discuss. The forms on our advertising pages (exit check, rent check and so on) are treated the same way. When you contact us on LINE, we receive your LINE account information and the photos of the property you send. On the phone we ask only what the conversation needs. When you send a form, we also record how you arrived (the first page you opened, and the source such as a search or an advert) and use it to improve our guidance.
2. Why we use it
We use it (1) to prepare and communicate appraisals and estimates, (2) to answer enquiries, and (3) for contract procedures if you go ahead. We contact you once about an appraisal request and do not make sales calls or send direct mail.
3. Sharing and outsourcing
Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. To receive form submissions and run the site we may entrust handling, within the scope needed, to cloud service providers. Form submissions go through Netlify, Inc. in the United States, and LINE enquiries through LY Corporation; what you send passes through their servers. On request we will explain the countries where these providers operate and their data-protection rules.
4. Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand and improve how it is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. Through these tools, the URL of the pages viewed, the referrer, cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device type, and actions such as button presses are sent to Google LLC (USA) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA). We do not use these records to identify who you are. Google and Meta, however, may link them with information about people logged in to their Google or Meta accounts (see each company's privacy policy). If you'd rather not be tracked, disable cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or Meta's ad preferences.
5. Security
To prevent leaks, loss or damage, we limit the information we handle to what the work needs and manage it appropriately.
6. Requests for disclosure
Requests to be told the purpose of use, or for disclosure, correction or suspension, are handled promptly after we confirm your identity. Contact the desk below.
Direct line (9:00–17:00, Japanese only). If a call is difficult, use the general enquiry form or LINE and write "disclosure request".
Our company name and address are on the company page.
7. Changes
This policy may be revised to reflect changes in law or in our services. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
