- For schemes you may be able to use, such as emergency repair support, we check with the city or town office whether you qualify.

An idea of how far a home comes back with flood restoration work.
Flooding under the floor: drain the crawl space → dry → disinfect and treat against mould
Relaying the floor: remove damaged flooring → dry the subfloor → relay
* The photos are illustrative. Records of actual work will be added as the current restoration jobs progress. The scope and duration of work depend on the state of your home.
About cost
The cost of work varies greatly with the damage, so we explain it in a quote after a site visit.
Site visit
We look at the damage in person. When requests overlap we visit in turn.
Quote
We itemise the quote. Feel free to compare it with other firms.
Checking public support
We send by LINE a list of schemes you may be able to use, such as the emergency housing repair scheme. Whether you qualify is decided by the municipal office.
From first contact to restoration
Contact us first
Send photos by LINE, or phone.
Site visit
We check the extent of the damage and the state under the floor and inside the walls.
Quote
Itemised. Free.
Emergency measures
If needed, we stop leaks and the like first.
Full restoration
We do the work, you check the finish, and we hand over.
Take your time to decide. We do not chase you after the quote.
Beware of the sales approaches that follow a disaster
After a major disaster, sales approaches targeting the affected area increase. Whether or not you use us, please be careful.
"Insurance will fix it for free"
Whether insurance pays out is the insurer's decision. No contractor can promise it.
An unannounced "free roof inspection"
The safe course is to turn away any inspection you did not ask for. The National Consumer Affairs Center also warns about this.
Pressure to sign now
"Cheaper if you decide today" is your cue to say no. Do not sign on the spot; compare quotes.
