Rent — for people who want to fix and live / Toyama, Ishikawa, Hida
Fix it,live in it.
Rent an old house and live in it while fixing it up yourself. Rent is kept modest, and the usual arrangement is that you don't have to restore what you fixed when you move out. This is called “DIY leasing,” a way of renting for which the government has published sample contract wording.
- Renting an old house and fixing it up yourself as you live in it is called a DIY lease.
- As a rule, we do not ask the tenant to restore what they have repaired when they leave.
- The tenant pays for the repairs, and in return the rent is kept low.
- How far you may repair, and what happens when you leave, are agreed in the contract after a viewing.
- Registration is free. Send your preferred area and use (to live, a shop, a workshop) on LINE.
